PAYMENT - Your order has been completed and payment will be debited to your
card when Chandrika Jewels dispatches your order.
14 DAY RETURN RIGHT - At Chandrika Jewels you have a 14 day right of return,
counting from the day you receive the jewelery by post. Money is only refunded
for jewelery that is in sealed packaging, if you have broken the packaging,
the item will not be exchanged either.
NOTE: REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS.
THE SAME APPLIES TO PEARL JEWELRY OR PRECIOUS STONE JEWELRY AS THEY ARE MADE
TO ORDER WITH THE CHOICE OF YOUR OWN LENGTHS, AND ARE ONLY MADE WHEN THE ITEM
IS ORDERED. THESE JEWELRY ARE MADE ACCORDING TO YOUR OWN DESIRED MEASUREMENTS.
If a piece of jewelry is broken, please return it to us and the piece will be
made free of charge IF possible. money is not given back for damaged jewelry,
nor exchange, but we offer a repair service. The jewelery will be sent back at
your own expense.
If you have worn a piece of jewelery and it has worn out, for example a necklace,
it is not something we can do anything about here, jewelery can wear out,
especially by men who have a higher acid in their sweat than women.
The gold can wear out over time due to the acid which etches the jewellery.
We examine the jewelery carefully, if we can see that the jewelery has been
tampered with on purpose, this service does not apply.
USED JEWELRY - There is no right of exchange or return on used jewellery.
Returned jewelery is checked just as thoroughly as jewelery sent in new orders.
We can therefore immediately see whether the jewelery has been used. Used jewelery
will be returned to you again and you will be asked by email to send a
stamped reply envelope to cover our postage costs
Zircons - When a piece of jewelery is indicated as containing zircons,
it is a synthetic zircon.
I WANT TO EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER JEWELERY - If you want to exchange for
another piece of jewelry, you must send a letter with the information about
this, including a receipt, send your sealed piece of jewelry to us, and you
will receive a voucher code that can be used on the webshop.
SHIPMENT OF EXCHANGE/RETURN - You cover the cost of returning purchased
jewelry yourself. You yourself are responsible for ensuring that the
jewelery is securely wrapped and sealed.
REGARDING NEW EU RULES ON THE RIGHT OF RETURN: Chandrika jewels hereby
draws the customer's attention to the fact that by using jewellery, the
value deteriorates strongly and these have virtually no commercial value
after use, which is why a possible amount to be refunded may be extremely
limited.
